Walked in to check and see if they had a open for a kid cut. The girl checked and told me I think Megan was her name could at 2:30 so we left and went home. Drove back there at 2:30 and walked in to nobody that spoke 1 single word. So at 2:45pm I walked over to a girl at and asked about our appt at 2:30 and she said oh thats me with a sour dry look on her face and no apology of any kind but, it will be 45 mins honestly. I said oh, I was told 2:30 she no, I said between 2:30-3. Still with no apology or nothing. I SAID OH NO THANK YOU...... That was a bust and a waste

I love going to Sivad salon. Heather always cuts and colors my hair. She waxes my eye brows too. She stays pretty booked but usually can always get me in. Everyone is always friendly and their energy is great!
