went here today for a gel acrylic fill-in and and my cuticles are not happy for it lol. this was a last resort visit, when i went there i was the only customer there for almost an entire hour (fair, i got there 15 minutes after opening but that says a lot in hindsight) and the lady doing my nails must've had a vendetta against my cuticles because she cut me (twice!! and had to put medicine on 2/10 fingers) and went over my nails a million and one times with the tool before she even got to painting them 😒 she didn't clear her workspace all the way and she had me bend over the table so far to attend to my hands that i was literally shaking with exertion. i hadn't been there in years and now i know why... the nail polish is a nice color but my nailbeds are so scabby and horrifying that is it

The people here know how to do great nail designs. However the first time I went the lady charged me $40 for acrylic nails that were coughing. I don't have a problem with that my only complaint with that was that coffin is $25 my nail design was acrylic all acrylic and she charged me $40 for that so I was very confused. Also 2 days after I did it I had to go back and get it redone for free because the nails weren't the same size and the base of the nail was not properly adhered to my finger which meant that every time I wash my hands would get into my nail. This can cause an infection. The second time I went to get it redone the nail tech actually did a pretty good job and it came out really nice.

After being overcharged ($75 for a full set) I still paid. 3 of my nails came off within 3day span. I returned for repair the manager/boss that did my nails told a worker she’d be there in 40 min. I returned an hour later and she wasn’t there still. Then decided that she wasnt coming in at all. Both workers refused to repair my nails because they didn’t do them as if this isn’t a nail salon as a whole. They told me to wait till tomorrow when she comes in after constantly exposing to them that I wouldn’t be in the state tomorrow. Very unprofessional terrible customer service. They give nasty attitudes as well

Their service was amazing; as far as, manicures. I loved my nails just a few minor details were a little off but, I helped her fix it. The thing that has me leaving a 1 star review is the fact that they don’t Sanitize their tools or clean the foot soak properly after each use. Also most of the techs are not certified they are just family to the people who already work there. They are very confrontational and are so rude when you try to help or correct something. Yet that is still not the half of it. They gave me an awful case of athlete’s foot. 😥😥☹️ Twice!! The first time I didn’t know where it came from but, I just went to the doctor and treated it fully but, this time is sooooooo much worst 😢 and just two days after my pedicure so, I know for sure. It’s all over my foot this time EVERY T
