Should have looked at the reviews before going but this place did a terrible job on my manicure and pedicure. The lady was so rough on my skin, making me bleed. They do not sanitize their manicure utensils. I watched them put the toe divider back in the drawer. And look and my grandmothers eye 24 hours after her wax. Terrible terrible terrible.

Not a good experience. This is the first time I have ever been to this nail salon. Helen had highly rated reviews but to say I am disappointed would be an under statement. She didn't ask me what length I wanted my nails, so they are super short. She cut my fingers with the drill a few times. When she started the colors she picked out neons when my reference photo had pastels. Wouldn't let me see my nails when she was working on them. She had an extremely rude attitude. My gel polish doesn't even cover my full fingernail. She didn't put a top coat on my thumb nail so it is matte and has fingerprints while my other thumb has ripples in the polish from improper curing. Design looks nothing like reference photo. Paid 50 dollars for a mani and pedi and I left without the polish I said it looked like crap no polish is going to make it look better! Still charged me it was awful!

I love Helen! She is meticulous with her work and very kind. (Side note: The older gentleman--maybe the owner??--did my nails once when Helen wasn't available. It was a disaster. He acted irritated that he had to quit looking at his phone and made a sloppy mess of my nails. He didn't seem like he even tried to do a good job. I came back later and showed my nails to Helen. She re-did them for me and wouldn't charge. Of course, I tipped her well. Lesson learned. Stick with Helen!)
