I always have a good visit when I'm in the area. I always stop by something because I support black businesses regardless. It does not have everything that Asian owned ones typically have, like jewelry and clothing, but I'm not usually purchasing those things from a beauty supply. However, the owner is kind of distant and short but never rude, with the small amount of people that I assume would be in the store's demographic they should be top notch in the customer service department. There was a younger girl who was working a month or so ago who was very helpful and very sweet, I needed some hair oil. The prices are slightly high, but I understand most things are in that area. If you’re looking for a locally owned shop for hair and wigs, that is black women owned from my understanding this is the place for you !! I really like to play with my hair and do Different things with it I have only been to two other more known stores in the Austin area and happened to be very close to this store when I looked it up and went in for the first time yesterday. I was greeted by one of the owners I assume one of the sisters and she helped me with picking out the right colors for Hair and the Correct Edge gel. I came back today and I believe I met the other sister and she helped me find another color that I was looking for and guided me even more depth on how to put in some braids and we talked about a style that I wanted to do and she helped me out immensely I’m leaving this

Always a great place to go. They have a wide range of products despite the interior not being very large. The staff is very friendly and the place just gives off good vibes.

Just enough hair selection, not overwhelming. Small business. Neat and clean. Prepare and know how to enter the shopping center. Entrance is one way in and two ways out.

Nice beauty supply 👌 store. Friendly staff. I met and was assisted by one of the owners. This upcoming Halloween weekend, they are celebrating their 1 year, in business anniversary, with a customer appreciation event.
