cool hair store nd all the only one I got by me but the people is racist literally accused me and my lil sister of stealing when my little sister just didn’t put things back where she was supposed to but she’s just a kid and they could hav easily checked the cameras … they locked the door on us and then knew they were wrong and unlocked it but didn’t even apologize everybody there is ignorant

I wasn't expecting a lot but these ladies are so super sweet. They have a lot of stuff. I like that they know most of their customers by name. That says a lot about a place. They were really helpful to a mentally handicapped lady who was having trouble budgeting and figuring out what she could afford with her $5.00. I was blown away by their kindness. I will definitely visit again.

I contacted Sing Sing Beauty to confirm their hours of operation, as their online information stated they were open until 7:00 PM. The individual I spoke with assured me they would be open, so I made the 15-minute drive to the store. However, upon arrival, a man closed the door in my face. I explained that I had spoken with a woman who assured me the store would be open, but he simply responded with "no" and refused to assist further. Shortly after, three individuals—presumably the owners and staff—left the store, locking the doors behind them well before 6:00 PM. This experience reflects a complete disregard for customer service. Unfortunately, this is not the first time Sing Sing Beauty has misrepresented their operating hours. They were closed January 23rd, 24th, and 25th with no commun

Love coming here even if it's just to browse around they are so helpful and very well acknowledged on products hair styles different textures and types of hair, one lady that does the wigs is my favorite she is just amazing. She is thoughtful and caring and really has made a lasting mark on our family. Prices are good products are great and there is so many of everything to chose from.

Do not buy from this store I used my bank card in this sore and realized there is cameras facing down on the card reader. They take pictures of bank cards and keep copies of them. This is against law and they should be turned in if you shop with them pay with cash.
