I absolutely love Sinarti! I’ve been leasing my suite for my Med Spa Suite (Demure Aesthetics) with them since July 2025 and it’s been amazing. The space is super clean and I love the set up of all the suites. I love that we have 24/7 hour access, making it possible to service our clients at any time if needed. It’s easy to pay rent on a monthly basis through the portal. They aim to make all businesses and their clients safe with a sign-in at the front desk. They make clients feel comfortable by providing a waiting area with vending machines and even offer free coffee, tea and water for their time there. I’d absolutely recommend anyone looking for a place to lease a suite to come over to Sinarti! Totally worth it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been renting here for the past 7 months, and my experience has been nothing but amazing! As a lash and brow artist, having a clean, modern, and well-maintained building is very important to me — and this place definitely delivers. The building is always spotless and has such a beautiful, upscale feel. The amenities are top-tier free coffee and tea, a fully equipped gym, and a stunning rooftop with incredible city views. I also have to give a special shoutout to Dailiny at the front desk. She’s truly the best! She’s always welcoming and professional, makes sure my packages are delivered safely, and answers all of my questions and concerns with care. She really goes above and beyond for residents. I’ve rented a suite at this location for about a year!!! Actually feb 11 , 2026 makes one year. Doesn’t even seem like it. The environment, the amenities, the reception and cleaning staff are all pleasant and attentive to the building. The 24 hr access to your suite , the workout area, access to the roof are all a plus. This has been the best move I’ve made for myself!!!

I rent an office at Sinarti for my business, Joy and Kel LLC, and it has been a great experience. The amenities are excellent, the space is consistently clean, and the overall environment is professional and well-maintained. What I really appreciate is the variety of businesses here. There are lash techs, nail techs, hairstylists, barbers, and different types of skincare businesses like my own — plus more. It creates a diverse, creative, and professional atmosphere that truly supports entrepreneurs across multiple industries. I highly recommend Sinarti to anyone looking for a quality office space. I’ve had an amazing experience with Sinarti. The team has been extremely kind, patient, and always willing to listen to my needs and help however they can. Communication is great, and they genuinely care about their tenants. This is already my second office in the same building, which really says a lot. The location is also excellent—right next to the city and Queens. I’m extremely happy here and highly recommend Sinarti to anyone looking for office space.
