Simply Rosy Nails & Waxing

I’ve been to this salon a few times. They do a good job and the staff is very friendly and attentive but this time I had gel x nails done and the very next day two nails popped right off. I came in to get them fixed and they did it with no issues. However, now 3 other nails have popped off. Very disappointing since I paid almost $100 for these nails

I had recently moved to the area (and by recent I mean more than a year) and I needed a place to get my nails done for my wedding. A lot of girls said “oh go to yada yada” but one girl said “it’s your wedding! Get them done at Simply Nails! They do the best designs”! It was very easy to make an appointment, and they were very flexible when my mom came in with me to also get her nails done. We got pampered so nicely that my mom, who NEVER gets her nails done, wants to go back!

They completely butchered my nails and I had to ask several times for them to fix the uneven length and lopsided shaping. They also have a “no cell phone” policy but are ok with people bringing their children in and letting them run around loose in the salon pushing chairs around. I had to ask them to remove the dip powder residue from my fingers. It wasn’t done automatically. I felt like I was inconveniencing them to fix something meanwhile it’s my nails. I also think it’s odd that they don’t have a pricing list anywhere online and that you have to call the place for pricing. The owner kept saying they have a “reputation” for dip powder but they definitely did not live up to it. It was a stressful, awful experience and I left with nubby, awful nails and will never be going there again.

I stopped in without an appointment and they took me easily. I was very happy with the salon and the staff. Everyone was really nice. Great experience. Not quick but that’s ok because I had time. I would go back.
