I’m posting this on behalf of my sister and also in response to a previous review. My sister is 9 months pregnant honorably serving our country. She is currently stationed out there OK. She has the most beautiful hair in the house. Always has been. Her locks have fallen naturally down past her shoulder blades for as long as I can remember. She trusted you with styling her hair for her impending labor. Imagine how she felt coming home to enormous clumps of hair falling out. Her hair , which was once well past her shoulders is now braking off leaving her no option but to cut it to 2-3 inches. And your response ??? Are you kidding ? What happens when you go in with a ton of hair and come out with over 40% broken off... WITHOUT Nancy telling you it happened? That's what happened here. Got home and combed through to find bundle of hair about the size of a small pie has fell out from combing. Apparently 'after' the perm was finished, being told "your hair was very dry and unhealthy" was my warning and out the door = the end. Had never heard of the perm she used but it's understood there's professional brands so didn't question (but was lightly concerned). Then after the perm was put in, usually people apply a second coat and then wash it out. Didn't happen... instead she took the time to eat a WHOLE meal of Jambalaya while the perm was left in. This of course was concerning but when questioned she'd claimed a timer was

WORST "Hairstylist" EVER She's so bad that she caused my hair loss. I took her to court and won (search the Enid Court Public Record). She's been court ordered to pay. Buyer and Out-of-towners Beware! Save your money and hair!!! Do it yourself or drive to the city. If I could give her a negative 101 stars I would.

Wonderdul place to get your hair cut, braided, and styled in many other ways. Nancy is the best around. Hands down no competition!

She was great with the girls and although they drove me crazy she handled it like a champ! Definitely found out who we will be using from now on! 😍
