Simply Nails & Spa

The place is clean, but the owner, Maggie is extremely snobby. I used to go there every week. Twice I made an appointment with HER specifically because most of the other girls don't know what they're doing. When I showed up she claimed I came at the wrong time and my appointment was earlier and I missed it so I should go to someone else. She showed me the appointment book and I could see that she had erased my name. She did it again the next week. She tries to get her customers to use other girls (even if she isn't busy). Unfortunately, the other girls do a terrible job. I stopped going here, because there are so many other nail stores on Central Avenue, there's no reason to use this one.

Most of the nail technicians (or whatever you call them) don't know what they're doing. The owner or manager is good but she is very selective about whose nails she will lower herself to do, even if you make an appointments with her. Twice she claimed I had called to change my appointment. She erased my appointment from her book. I will never go back. There are 2 nail places on every block. Don't need to use this one.

When they needed to get by my daughter not just one of them but a few and multiple times they shoved her aside not saying excuse me. They are rude, ruff and not good. I would never go there again, even if you paid me.

Impersonal service. Was very disappointed in the manucure. Felt rushed and perfunctory. With so many choices in the neighborhood, I would not recommend this place. Two stars because it was quick. But attention and careful detail the sacrificed. Even me drying time massage that's become a part of manicure service lasted about 5 Seconds. Pointless.

They were very nice to me and my daughter one of the girls made a mistake on her nails I went back and the owner was gladly willing to fix it she even offered to fix the polish on my toes however I never could find the time to go back. I was satisfied
