First time here and it was a delight.... the nail tech Ellie really is talented saw her doing nails before she did mine and oh Mama!! She really is good she did mine as well.. Everyone there cares to give customers confidence when we walk out there nail job

Obsessed, no other words. No, but really I came to simply nails after staring at the gel extensions that I had for 2 weeks that I was trying to love but just couldn't. My old set done by another salon in Cap Hill had a massive amount of gel left under each nail and was not cleaned up properly and in my opinion the nails weren't sized right because afterwards I could see where the whole nail wasn't covered by the extension. I expressed my concerns here at Simply Nails and they took such care and consideration to make sure that it came out great. They constantly checked in to make sure I liked the shape and the color. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere in the shop was great. I paid $65 total, $55 for the gel X, $5 for the removal and $5 for the almond shape. Definitely worth it. Th

This place is great! I went in for a full set of acrylics with a design. My nail tech did amazing!! The vibe in the salon was relaxing and nail techs were very nice.

EDIT: I am so upset by this experience, I actually was excited to go get my nails done often here. However, avoid the nail technician Mina at all costs. Hopefully, she will learn and fix her attitude as well as her skills because I have never come across such a rude and undisciplined nail technician like her. After scoffing and staring at her customer, me, she proceeds to do my nails in a completely different way I asked her to do. To put it short, I asked for clear french tips and she gives me pink nails with a line drawn across. Proceeds to overcharge me a price that almost reflects a new set of acrylics and shellac, when all I got was a fill. I truly am so disappointed with my experience, and I would not like anyone in the future to make the same mistake as me and waste money on her, ag

I’ve been going to Simply Nails for years now. I’ve had various people do both pedicures & powder nails and they are all excellent. They pay attention to what you want, to a really thorough job, and make sure you’re happy with the work.
