STACY!!!!!!!! I cannot believe how amazing my first massage was with her! She knew my problem areas as soon as she got to them and worked out where it was needed. She took her time, made sure I was relaxed, and had amazing pressure! I haven’t even been home for more than 10 minutes before I wanted to leave this review. I couldn’t stop smiling once she was done!!! I am in awe at how relaxed and happy I am with my first massage. My expectations were exceeded with her! I am definitely coming back :)

Simply Massage was professional without being overly corporate. Everyone I came in contact with was very personable and the therapist is already customizing my massage for the next appointment based on my specific needs. Scheduling was easy, and they actually answer their phone....which is a huge plus these days. I'm definitely going back!

I arrived on time to my appointment and the receptionist was very polite. However, my massage was very disappointing. The therapist was not welcoming and very “matter of fact”. I’ll give her the benefit that she may have been tired. I did have a 7pm evening appointment. I simply wanted this appointment as a reward to myself since I work from home, but the encounter didn’t seem like a mental relief for me at all. I asked for light to medium pressure and the pressure applied to my back was very hard and painful. She kept applying tense pressure repeatedly to my shoulder blades. My legs were literally shaking during my massage. My upper back is in so much pain that I could not sleep laying flat on my back last night. The pain still feels intense even for the next day. My daughter was looking for her 1st massage to be a great experience. She has POTS and thought a massage would help, it DID NOT. The massage therapist was not knowledgeable and left the room during what she thought was a massage. Unprofessional, didn't greet my daughter properly, didn't communicate and she was very uncomfortable. Will not recommend.
