So I made an appointment over the phone from June Lake area to treat a shoulder injury. They said they needed my card to reserve my appt. I reluctantly did and wasn't able to find parking and they hit me with, "oh, we will have to charge you full price since you canceled " I totally disagreed and wasn't told about a cancelation policy. Then they hit me with we will only charge you half and they charged me for the full 160.00! Bad business practices. Do not go there. Find a better spot with better parking and a staff who is looking out for there clients. Pissed me off because the banks cant help you after they run the card!

This place was great. I honestly wasn't expecting much but my massage with Katalin was amazing. I had a leg injury from a snowboard accident earlier in the week and she did a great job of working around it while also making my leg feel better.

I had the absolutely worst booking and customer service experience I’ve had in Mammoth Lakes. When I arrived I was told I didn’t book an appointment. I had booked an appointment on the Simply Massage website. It prompted me to create an account which I did. I then had to book the appointment again from scratch which I did, and checked out. I paid $145 in advance for the sports massage and received a receipt. When I arrived I was told I didn’t book the appointment. I’ve never had the experience where paying for a service didn’t book the time slot entered. The employee simply repeated that I did not book the appointment, I only bought a credit for future use. I walked into this office and I heard someone in the back. I said hello to let them know I am at the office. She ( Don) snapped back in a not so nice tone. I was not offered water or tea before my massage like I used to be offered in the past. I used the bathroom and it was like a gas station bathroom with Poo in the toilet and trash overflowing. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The office also did not look very clean either. I asked her if I could do most of my massage face up as I have breathing issues when lying down. She snapped back back and stated that she may not be the person to give me a massage. I’m have been to Simply Massage a few times. The location is perfect, especially if you are staying at the Village. It’s easy to book an appointment either using the app, or calling. The staff is very accommodating and will do their best to work with your schedule. This time my appointment was with Daniel. He is very professional, focused on the problematic areas, using the perfect techniques and pressure. I wish I had booked the 90 minutes instead of the 60 minutes with him. I left feeling like a brand new person, no tension or pain in my body. I highly recommend Simply Massage, and asking for the therapist Daniel if available. Your body will thank you.
