❗️DO NOT COME HERE ❗️ Absolutely disgusting display of customer service. I wanted to try a new hair place and found this on Google. I went on their website to see if you needed to book ahead and there was no option to book anywhere on the website, so I assumed it was only walk-in. I drive and go in and the woman sitting in the chair says absolutely nothing to me. I assume the person on the personal phone call that I can hear Back room will come out once the phone call is over. I sit and wait for over 15 minutes and not one person has helped me. Finally, I said, excuse me to the woman picture just sitting there on her phone And asked her what I was supposed to do? She said everything is independent and they don’t have a front desk, although I was standing at the front desk. And nothing on t

I strongly disagree with the comment from CK regarding that the salon does not accept disabled people. I’ve been coming here for years, and Bekki is so accommodating to me. I enjoy my time in the salon and how accommodating they are. I get many different services done. I also have severe allergic and Bekki took the time to research what color line she could use on me. Even in the winter they pulled my car up. Please don’t let someone’s version of their experience influence you visiting this salon

Don't go here. They discriminate against you and do not publicly accommodate everyone. They are horrible people and don't care if you have a disability. You should stick to your day job at Home Depot. It suits you better and keeps you in check. During your client's "salon" appointment time you are highly unprofessional. You are constantly checking your two cell phones and tapping out messages with your finger nails or yakking with your cloying voice. It doesn't make for a nice salon time when your attention is elsewhere or when you yell over your cubicle walls or when another service provider walks into the appointment time and starts talking when you should be working for your client. Using your cell phones during a client appointment while you are working is terrible. I'm sure you can't

Super friendly and inviting salon. Bekki always does a great job with my hair cut and beard trim! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Don't go to this salon, they are very rude to older people. I watched a hairdresser belittle an older woman for arriving 15 minutes early for an appointment. You'd think they'd want you to be there early, but I guess not. This poor older woman was embarrassed in front of other staff and customers and will probably never return to this salon. I won't be returning either, I'm appalled by how disrespectful she was! Not a great way to win over customer's considering you just lost at least 2 of us.
