I recently changed salons for my eye lash extensions and I'm SOOOO glad I did! Samantha does a beautiful job with my extensions. The salon is nice and quiet and I get to relax a bit while she is working her magic. I feel appreciated as a client which is something that was lacking with my previous salon experience. I’ve been getting my lashes done by Samantha for years now and she is, hands-down, the best in the area and extremely talented. I always get compliments on my lashes but she also does such a great job at keeping them natural looking at the same time. Shes an extremely hard worker and always gives 110% to her clients. I’ve recommended her to multiple people and they love her!

Edit: Changed to two stars as the owner contacted me directly via text to offer a refund and to fix the service. I opted to keep my appointment with a different salon. My advice, if you get your lashes done here, only see the owner (Samantha). It seems from other reviews that people have had good experiences with her. My lashes were done by another employee at Simply Beauty. My experience with the refill service from this other employee (not the owner): My refill was rushed, and turned out sparse. Glue showed after only 2 days and some lashes were applied too close to lid and ended up being painful. Multiple lashes were applied to single natural lashes, when I specified I wanted 1:1/classics. Several of my lashes were glued together. I had to get them professionally removed.

I've had such positive experience getting my lashes done with Britney! She's done my lash extensions and lifts. She's super gentle and works with an incredible attention to detail! Also super sweet, she listens to me go on and on about my nonsense during every appointment, haha! 1000% would recommend Simply Beauty and Britney:))
