Simplicity Salon

Before my appointment, I carefully discussed my expectations with both the owner and my stylist and shared multiple reference photos. I understood and agreed that the blonde would need to be lifted in stages due to prior box dye, but I was very clear about the style and placement I wanted. Unfortunately, the highlights were uneven and randomly placed, with very few foils, and the top was made much darker than expected. I left very unhappy with the result but paid in full and tipped at the time. The next day, I had to schedule a color correction at another salon, which cost an additional $200. A place I could call "home" the ladies are so nice and Michelle was amazing. Made me feel like a friend and not a number. Didn't make us feel bad we hadn't gotten our hair cut in a while and we did a bunch of crazy colors and never once made us feel like we did a bad job. She helped us figure out what was good for our hair by allowing us to ask questions never telling us or forcing product on us. It was a great experience and my daughter and I will be back. We did go 2 days in a row for hair, the next for our eyebrows. Great place.

Lacy is awesome! I haven't had my hair done professionally in over 15 years and she made me feel so beautiful!! The environment at this salon is so friendly and fun! I enjoyed my whole time there! Seeing all the regulars come in it was great. They followed COVID requirements and wore mask the whole time. The salon is neat and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Highly recommend!!

I just had an excellent haircut by Michelle for my first experience at Simplicity Salon. I am newly returned to town and appreciated how welcome Michelle made me feel. I highly recommend her services and Simplicity Salon. The whole place had a friendly atmosphere from first contact throughout my styling. I am very pleased with how well she worked with my natural curls as well, many people do not know how to handle them, but Michelle made them look great!

I called to get prices for a perm and was put on the phone with Michelle. She was friendly, gave me general pricing info, and scheduled me for the upcoming week. I went in for my appointment today, after work. Michelle was so friendly, took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, and even expressed concerns that she had regarding parts of my hair. She talked to me about options and we got started. The whole time I was there, Michelle made me feel very comfortable, it was evident she knew what she was doing, and she gave me tips and pointers throughout my appointment to keep my perm looking great.
