Simplicity Beauty Lounge

I arrived for my appt after I had booked and confirmed. I arrived to locked doors, I wasn't sure it was the correct place as I saw no signage. Just a note saying Beware of dog unless you are a costumer.. I tried the handle and it was locked. I called 3xs with no answer, I did leave a VM message. Heard nothing back. I am rather disappointed and left to scramble for an appt elsewhere.. Super sucked. Hopefully its a major misunderstanding.... hope all is well

Kelsie did an amazing job on my volume set, she was very professional, sweet and did my set in a timely manor. I have had some bad luck in the past but Kelsie has made me feel confident in getting my lashes done again. I have barely lost any lashes in the last 2 weeks and that is MIND BLOWING! Thank you, Kelsie!
