I’m not the type of person to get on the internet to complain! But they lady asked me what I wanted I showed her a picture she said yeah yeah I can do it. She’s starting on it and I look and I just say forget it and just do my nails all the same color very unhappy with my nails.. not to mention she told me she was going to help me pick my color out she was on her phone the whole time and I had to pick my own color.. the whole time while she’s doing my nails she’ kept taking breaks and getting on her phone customers should be first always.. also she didn’t even prep the nail or cut my cuticles I will never be back! I went to another shop and got them fixed..

I decided to come here because my normal nail place was already packed and I was crunched on time. I still had yo wait 20 minutes or so even though less than half of the chairs were taken up when I got there. First I had my pedicure and an older man helped me. He asked me what color and I told him the number. He then was saying he didn’t know the number and was very dramatic about trying to find it. I asked him to just bring me to basket and I showed it to him and he snarkingky said you could have just given me the name… Then he goes to clean the cuticles around my toes and after he’s done he shows me the tool and makes a face and says something like “that’s a lot”. Simpli Nail Spa is the best! They stay busy, but if you call ahead, they’ll always do their best to fit you in. Stephen is my go-to—super friendly, detail-oriented, and goes above and beyond. Everyone I’ve seen there has done a great job. Clean, relaxing atmosphere and consistently great service.

This is my second time in this nail spa and I absolutely love the amazing customer service and how clean the place is. I got a full set, a pedicure with gel blue French tip, and my eyebrows done. I asked for this specific design on my nails but I wanted it to be coffin shaped. I think she didn’t hear or understand me but she is really good with shaping any design. The other girl who did my stars on my nails is really good with her art work! 03/05- Hello again I’m editing my post because I can’t give it another 5 stars. This place is amazing and Steven is the best he did. He did my pedicure and refill today and just the best massage!

They are the most precious people!!! I take my 89 year old mother to see them and they treat her like a queen. Amy does my mother's nails, she is so kind and gentle with her. Mom loves Amy!!! I see Lee so sweet and kind. If you like nail art see Lee, I have known the owner and his wife for years a wonderful Christian family. They were featured in the Madison magazine the article was that of their humble beginnings.
