I have really enjoyed the last 4+ Years at the Simmons Tower Executive Suites. There has been a lot of changes since COVID, but the staff has continued to keep things moving forward. I always get what I need, when I need it. There has been some tenant closures with food options. However, they have brought in Food Trucks and other services to help fill the void as we all continue to survive in the new world. As a small business owner it makes it things easier not to have to worry about security, safety, cleanliness and amenities. We have a great gym and shower set up, great conference rooms, awesome security guards and a great group of people that are here daily to support you. Simmons Tower has become home to the bilingual mental health private practice, Vital Conexiones, PLLC. It has been a positive experience to enable us to start up at an affordable rate. We celebrated one year in November, and the building personnel have always been helpful.

I am the owner of Haute Body Contouring, and I love, love, love my suite, the accommodations, and the management staff. The beginning of business ownership can be challenging, but management, fellow tenants, and client satisfaction have made it an enjoyable experience.

Love the location and working in this building. They always have clean restrooms and the gym is handy.
