Iv been here multiple times. First time i got a cut from Brittany and not only did she not do what I asked but I had to get my hair cut someplace else after to fix it... after getting a bleach job from a different salon. I thought I would give her a second chance on helping me fix my hair. She did a reverse baylage to help give dimension back into my hair. Paid 350$. After waiting 3 months to come back and finally get my hair lighter she refused to give me what I asked for because she didnt want to be responsible for frying my hair.not only did she come into my appointment looking like she rolled out of bed but She doesnt understand hair or bleach. I'm new to the area, and terribly picky because of so many hair mishaps in the past, so I generally like to rely on recommendations but time was a factor so I took a chance with Brittany, and I couldn't be any happier with my cut. She is an excellent listener, and made my hair look amazing, and is a wonderful person and a joy to spend time with.
