Customer Reviews
I came here with my husband and mother-in-law from Cottonwood. It’s by appointment only. The staff is really nice, and the man who did my pedicure, Tony, was great to talk to. But for pedicures, it was below average. They had very few colors to pick from at the front. A main reason I get pedicures is for the dry skin on my feet, and he barely got any of it. My pinky toe is also missing some color. Overall, it took a long time, and was not well done. But the staff was nice.
Low key place with good prices ($30 pedi) and I’m super happy with the result! It was easy to get a reservation for the next morning. Very happy with my shiny cute toes!
During the whole manicure/pedicure she was answering the phone making new appointments and talking very loudly. Not relaxing at all. The pedicure was substandard...she only spent a few minutes on my calluses...they were not addressed. During the manicure she never used any cream on my hands. Clearly they need more help, there was only two people there. Thou she was friendly I will not retire ... For $65 I expect more. In addition she could not take a card and I had to pay cash.
I’ll start off by saying I was really grateful that they were able to fit me in for a walk-in pedicure, however, I was ultimately disappointed with the service I received. I was visiting Sedona for a couple of weeks, and wanted to get a pedicure to help my feet because of all the hiking I’d been doing. The staff was very nice, but the man who did my pedicure did the bare minimum: removed old polish, cut my nails, filed, and repainted them. Maybe it’s my fault for not speaking up, but every other time I’ve had a pedicure they’ve always checked for ingrown toenails, cleaned up cuticles and removed dead skin. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re assertive with the service you want or are happy with a minimal pedicure.
This is the worst salon I’ve experienced in the US . I asked for a full set and my toes to be done (which is definitely a service offered on their walls and door ) but was told they don’t provide those services. And I was told to go somewhere else . Prejudice much .
