Silkpress Express

This was my second time coming to this salon. First time I came for a wash, blow-dry, trim and silkpress. I had such a great experience I came back again, especially as someone who is tender headed with a lot of hair I enjoy coming here. The staff is patient and welcoming. I don’t go anywhere else to get my natural hair done.

It was my first day there and had Kierra as my stylist. She did an excellent job. She made suggestions on what treatment to get since it’s been 3 yrs since my last salon hair treatment. Also recommended future treatments. It was definitely a very great experience. I love the environment clean and peaceful. Definitely recommend

I loveddd my experience!! My stylist was Kierra, she was very sweet and helpful. This is my first time getting my hair silk pressed and I enjoyed my overall experience. Everyone there is nice and welcoming. I will be coming back!!

I wanna give 5 stars for the first appt ,the one that I am not too happy abt is the one I did last week where I colored and did a silk press /blowout tbh idk what it’s really called. It’s not 6 days since I did my hair and my grays are already back & the Monday after Idid my hair the Saturday my roots as of Monday were soggy/hair flat and scalp is itching like crazy & super dry. I was nowhere outside ,got it wet or anything so idk if this is normal or it’s me/my hair /skin but my hair is looking like it needs to get done already is this normal ?& I ask if this is normal based on the fact that I have not been to a salon in 12yrs as a curly hair person I just wanted to do something different & have some manageability or see if I like having straight or blown out or silk pressed hair. I had a really great experience! At the sunrise location.The shop’s atmosphere is so relaxing, and the staff is extremely nice. Nia was amazing—she made me feel calm and took the time to explain the entire process throughout my silk press. I absolutely loved my results and will definitely be coming back! 💇🏽‍♀️✨silk press has me feeling flawless every time i'm walking past a mirror 💁🏽‍♀️💕
