Disappointing Booked a gel pedicure for 10 am. I arrived at 9:55 to a locked door and lights off. Someone came and opened the shop at 10:10. The pedicure overall was poorly executed. Polish was patchy and missing in some places. Cuticles weren't cut well and left me bleeding on one toe. Incomplete exfoliating (only big toe and heel were exfoliated). I went home and fixed what I could, but I'm extremely disappointed that I paid $68 (before tip) for a poorly done cat eye gel pedicure. My nail tech was very nice, but I definitely won't be back.

Got a regular pedicure and basic gel mani. When I have the budget I'll come back for an acrylic set my bff comes here and her nails last really long. Yessy was my nail tech she was very sweet and attentive, although for my mani my cuticles were bleeding on 2 nails. Love that its latina/women owned, was able to chime in on some chisme which is always a vibe. Would definitely be back because I'm local and the prices were fairly priced, especially compared to nearby competitors.

Yessy did a stunning job for my gel x manicure!! It exceeded my expectations and was exactly what I wanted! Everyone here is extremely kind and hospitable, and I highly recommend!

Nails were fine, but the overall experience wasn’t. My appointment started 30 minutes late, and a simple short hard gel set took an extra hour beyond the scheduled time. Throughout most of the service, my nail tech Lia was having conversations with coworkers, frequently on her phone, and often turned away from me. I felt dismissed when making simple requests. For $112, I expected basic professionalism and respect for my time. I won’t be returning.

I've been getting acrylics with gel and nail art from Yessy for a few months now and she always kills it 🙏 She's super meticulous in her filing and shaping, and does the cutest designs. I wish I had better photos to do them justice!! Anyone complaining about prices clearly isn't aware of what the average cost of services like these are, especially in NYC, because their prices here are more than fair! I'm so happy to have found a nail salon and an artist that I actually want to keep coming back to 😊 (I've also gotten my eyebrows waxed here a couple of times, too, once by Yessy and once by Stephanie and it was a great experience both times! My brows have never looked better.)
