Everyone is so nice but Nancy is so patient with my hyperactive 4 year old. I love coming in with my daughter. She treats her with the kindness you would show your own children/grandchildren. She does a great job with both of our nails and NEVER complains about how many times she has to redo my kids nails while she impatiently waits for me. My husband also love to come here for pedicures. They are not judgmental on his awful feet!!! HAHA. I’ll never go anywhere else. Especially when I went in for my wedding. Nancy was so attentive and went above and beyond for us. She even gave us cuticle oil to take with us the day of so our nails would be perfect for photos!

if there was an option for zero stars, I would’ve chosen it. I have a very bad experience here this week. I came in early in the morning to get an acrylic set done on my nails, and I left unsatisfied. Interaction between me and my nail tech was awkward. It was silent and I didn't feel welcomed. I showed the tech what I'd like to be done with my nails and did NOT Receive. receive what i asked for. I would've rather picked a different design if they were unable to do it but instead trying to book another nail appointment to fixed. I was treated with disrespect, and I am not happy. The nail finish is lumpy and uneven. If you were looking for A nail spot to go to this is not the one.

Polite, clean, and they actually listen to the customer. Only my reason for not giving a higher score was I went in for gel color, no manicure just color on my hands only and it cost $25 for just that. So it is costly.

I used to go. I liked the convenience of being able to just drop in without an appointment. But the last time I was there, I signed in and they took 2 people who walked in after me. I saw them sign in on the clipboard. I was so frustrated. I tried telling her I was there first, she kept saying no she will take you pointing to another technician. All 3 of us were getting pedicures. And then when she moved on to my manicure one of my nails was crooked. Because she rushed. So annoying. I left without tipping and never went back.

I am new to the area, and just wanted a dip manicure removed. I googled nearby salons and called here. I was first told it had to be done with a manicure, which would cost $23... I said all I wanted was the dip removed, which they then said would cost $20 (so only $3 less??) because it takes "over half an hour." This is a service I've paid for at salons, and it usually only costs $10... I decided to check other options because it just seemed sketchy. I called a salon right across the street from this one, and a much friendlier person answered, told me the service was $10, and fit me in same day. So glad I called another salon!
