Silk Cotton Spa

I received a gift certificate as a gift, that I can't use right now. I have had it for 6 months and she wrote an expiration date on it. That is illegal in the state of CT, When I tried to explain that to her , she said she will not honor, and hung upon me. I wanted to get my nails done to use it Which they show pictures of on their website). I was told that they don't do nails. I will be contacting the State of Connecticut Attorney General. Otherwise she can give me a cash refund for the face value

I got a deep tissue massage after a cross-country drive screwed me up, and the massage therapist (I think it was Rita, wish I could remember!) made me feel like I had a new back. She immediately identified a part of my back that still gives me problems from an injury I sustained years ago, and spent extra time on it. Many massage therapists have been unable to give me some relief in that particular spot, even when I tell them where it is. Highly recommended for deep tissue massage.

The enviorment is relaxing and private the owner is very accommodating. She gave me the best facial I have ever had, I must say it again it is very relaxing. The same day I booked massage, facial and pedicure for my boyfriend. I cant wait to him experience the same feeling. :)

Dont even bother bought a groupon for a celulite treatment. Was told to undress in front of the lady wasnt offered a robe or anything not even a blanket it was very cold in this place. No doors on the rooms just curtains. She asked to take pictures with my cell phone horribly unprofessional!! Asked no medical history had me right my name and email on a scrap piece of paper!! Definitely wont be back a horribly painful experience too I'm very bruised days after (which i had to Google btw she didnt even explain the after care!!) To respond her her comment, my daughter didn't have a horrible cold she sneezed ever heard of allergies. I understand that bare skin was needed to do the treatment but go to any spa and your offered a rob or blanket and the area worked on is exposed. I've never been

Came into silk cotton spa to get an ombré and haircut. Was nervous because I never usually walk into a place and was so happy with the results. The hairdresser there is defiently very talented and artistic. Normally I get my hair highlighted to get blonde and comes out either brassy or the color looks too flat and fake Looking . She made it look beautiful and it had so many tones. Definitely will be returning to the salon as my new place for hair services. 🤗
