Update: Extremely disappointing experience. It has been over a month since my treatment, and the damage is still visible. This is not what I would consider professional care. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I was told to simply wear makeup to cover it, which is completely unacceptable. I am genuinely concerned that this may result in permanent damage. After this long, the area should have shown some signs of improvement, but it hasn’t. Luba should never have injected under my eyes. I was told she has 16 years of experience, if that were true, she should have known how to perform the procedure safely and correctly. I deeply regret trusting you with this treatment. I want to come back just to talk to the nurses/front desk !! My first time getting Botox and had the best first experience ever!! Process was super easy. Office is clean modern and cozy. They had a special event today and offered sandwiches, wine, fruits. I truly felt cared for! And was well taken care of! I can’t wait to be back again! I will be telling all my friends and family to come check this salon out !
