I’ve recently gotten a facial and my sister as well, some stuff is friendly but I think they lack professionalism and organizational skills. The esthetician gemma is nice but she over exaggerates when she’s talking about your face. When it was time for extractions she kept saying I know this hurts you if you want me to stop I’ll stop, any little move she would assume it’s because I’m in pain but I didn’t feel anything it was just annoying. My sister had the same experience. It was our first and last time at silhouette med spa but I’ll be returning to facial suite in West Covina where I normally go.

Hidden gem in El Monte! Silhouette spa has now become our go-to spa for IV's and vitamin shots. Whenever I am feeling under the weather or simply need an energy boost, this is the spot. Very clean and relaxing spa environment. Give them a try, Staff is friendly and accommodating. They also speak Spanish, which is a plus. Open Monday thru Saturday.

Great customer service! Erica and staff were very attentive and super sweet! I love the energy of the office and how accommodating staff were!
