Signature Workspace Wiregrass

I spent several days here for an offsite and had an incredible experience. Clean, bright, lots of warm/natural-feeling light, great facilities, kind staff, and reasonably priced day passes. Perfect for a few days of deep strategy work. Location is excellent, as it's situated in a high-end mall with great lunch/coffee options but is also just next door to everyday amenities (grocery stores etc). Pretty much anything you'd need is right here. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

While looking for a space to host a leadership summit for my company, I came across Signature Workspace Wiregrass. I am so thankful we did. The staff were incredible, courteous, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everyone on our team was comfortable (thanks, Chuck!). We were welcomed to a beautiful space with fabulous amenities for our diverse group. The space was perfect for our needs; from plenty of table space to spread out, high speed internet for all of our devices and multiple presentations, great spaces to break away as needed, and easy access to multiple locations for lunch. The coffee & snack bar was definitely a major perk that my team took full advantage of throughout our time at the space. We will most certainly be reserving the space in the future.

Amazing workspace with a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all tenants. Lacy and Chuck truly make the difference — their attentiveness, support, and positive energy are a big part of why Signature Spaces feels so great to work in. Their commitment to the tenants is what elevates it into one of the best office environments in the Tampa Bay area.

Lacey orchestrated our 2 day annual company meeting and everything was flawless. The meeting space itself was great but she went well above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met, if not exceeded.

Just threw my mom a surprise party and I couldn’t be happier with the venue. I worked with Lacy throughout the process and she was absolutely amazing! Lacy was very detail oriented and on the day of she helped us keep the event on track and successful. I would definitely recommend this venue for various events.
