First time trying out this place I asked for acrylic nails, which is $25. Somehow the lady said something along the words that I agreed to get in gel and I had to pay $46 all of a sudden. I I felt like she just scammed me right there and then. I did not know what to do so I just paid as I was walking out. I saw that they did my nails very poorly again. I’m already upset that I was overcharged and given a service that I didn’t ask for and on top of that they didn’t do a good job I went back and I spoke to the manager. She supposedly said she’ll pay me back, but she only gave me $12. I still overpaid for bad service. On top of that, they are scammers please don’t come to this place they are very unprofessional and unethical. I added pictures for this review.

Linh did my nails for the first time and she was so efficient and kind. She did a great job. I like my nails super short and practical and she didn’t try to change what I wanted. She made them short and natural like I wanted, understanding that I have little kids and work. She was amazing! The place is super clean and beautiful and the massage chairs look comfortable and cozy- can’t wait to try them next!

My daughter and I got gel mani/pedis today and had wonderful service and quality work. The people were so nice and my tech gave me an amazing massage with my pedicure. Helen and Lisa helped us and they were great! We will definitely be back!!!

I walked into signature nails and asked if they could accomplish a specific nail design before I ever sat down. The tech confirmed she could do it, and we got to work. She started on the design and used blooming gel, I confirmed with her and she said that's what she could do, but she couldn't do the tortoise shell look I had asked for. Not sure why she lied at the beginning of the service knowing what I was asking for, but she did. I informed her I was dissatisfied with that and wanted what I had asked for or I could change the design. She didn't even respond, instead she put my hand in the lamp and slapped a top coat on me without another word. Will 100% not be going back there. Wanted a $30 pedicure. The lady seemed very rushed and like she would rather do anything else. I had partial acrylic on my toe that needed to be removed and she never took it off. Painted right over it! On top of that she didn’t bother scrubbing my feet. Told me they charge $5 extra for gel removal but didn’t even remove it fully she soaked it in acetone for 10 seconds and filed it off. The bottoms of my feet don’t have that soft feeling you have after a pedicure. Feels like I didn’t even get one and I painted my nails at home. Horrible experience will never be going back!
