Signature Kutz Barbershop

I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my 3 year old son. This would’ve been my 3rd appointment at this barbershop. A man answered and I asked to schedule an appointment with Mr. Warren (the owner). The man put me on hold and someone came back on the line and said they could do 11am. I got there about 10:55 and sat down with my son. Another woman came in with 2 little boys right before me. When I got there a man was in the owner’s chairs at about 11:15 another man came in and he started on his cut. I thought it a little strange that he didn’t say anything to me, but since he acknowledged me when I walked in I thought maybe it was a wait for the holiday. I recently went from Sisterlocks to the Big Chop. After trying two other barbers unsuccessfully to give me the look I was looking for, I remembered that I used to take my son here. So glad that I reached out to Jeffrey, who gave me the perfect cut!

It’s nothing signature about the kutz 😳😳 best way I can say it is NEVER I MEAN IN A SITUATION YOU NEED A CUT BAD NEVER GO THERE!!! I wanted a fade but I got something an elementary kid would want smh first and last trip there!!!! I don’t see how the reviews is a 4.5 gotta be fake!!

I made an appointment at 12:00 and when I got there he said I had to wait 30 more minutes and so I waited a 1 hour pass by and dude is still not finish, and by the time he finish, the sun was already comin down. When I finally started to get my cut I asked for a low fade, the mf didn’t even fade me and his breath stank.
