Signature Hair

I am writing this as a witness to an incredibly upsetting incident involving my daughter, who is a long-time client of Anna’s. My daughter recently underwent a major surgery. Per her surgeon’s strict orders to prevent infection and protect her fractured nasal bones that were in a cast, she cannot wear a mask or glasses, and she must avoid getting her face wet. We visited the salon specifically for a "salon-style" wash to follow medical guidance. While Anna has always provided excellent service over the last 2.5 years, the behavior of another staff member (the owner Kathys other daughter-in-law) was absolutely appalling.
