Deborah is very nice and very knowledgeable. My hair was very damaged so most of it needed to be cut off. She was very matter-of-fact about the damage as she was cutting off all my hair. No shame, no invasive questions, it was all about the hair and a plan for renewal and growth. I appreciated that.

I had a great experience with Debz! I had been searching for a hairstylist near me for several weeks on Google, and I’m so glad I connected with her. With how busy work and life have been, I haven’t been taking good care of my hair for a long time. During my appointment, she gave me honest advice, made thoughtful recommendations, and began caring for my hair through a cut, wash and conditioning, and a protein treatment. I’m so grateful for her and will definitely continue to come back.

I recommend asking very detailed questions before booking, especially about pricing and what services are included. I expected a $95 hairstyle, but the haircut was an additional $65, so the pricing structure was a bit confusing. The style came out partially cute, and she is a very kind person. However, I had not had a relaxer in over 10 years, and a relaxer was applied to achieve the pixie cut. Unfortunately, I experienced chemical burns on my scalp afterward. In my opinion, chemical services should be thoroughly discussed and agreed upon beforehand, especially for clients who are NATURAL. Overall, I believe clearer communication, transparency with pricing, and full client consent regarding chemical services would greatly improve the experience.
