This was my first visit to Sierra’s shop. She colored and cut my hair. She did an amazing job and her shop is very clean and welcoming. She did exactly what I wanted. I am glad I found her!

messed up on my hair twice, she agreed on a refund but never gave my money back. since you want to give false information, trying to make yourself look good. i have plenty of proof in our conversations babe so let’s not go there. i have communicated to you plenty about a refund. you felt defeated because i didn’t take the offer of the re color yet instead i wanted the refund because my birthday was 2 weeks before. i didn’t want to risk coming back for a color session. also i was trying to be honest with you as a client, & finally speak up. i wasn’t being mean at all to you in the beginning. yes i also booked with you after but for a TRIM. this was before you were giving me issues with the refund. i thought we were good & still wanted to give you support. but you wanted to be petty just be
