Anne at Sierra Massage Therapy Center really helped me after an injury resulted in frozen shoulder. She has the knowledge and experience to assist the body into more flexibility and healing. Plus Anne taught me how to use KT tape to support my shoulder after massage treatments and during healing. My range of motion is now nearly 100% and I have been back to the gym for several months and doing fine! Go to Anne. You'll be glad you did!
