Sid’s Eyebrow Threading

Insolent attitude, rude, contemptuous of customers. I went in to thread my mustache, the employee was an Indian who saw me but did not greet me and stood there playing with her phone for a long time. I did not know what to do and where to sit so I chose a random chair to sit. When she came, she did not ask me what I needed to do, because I was afraid she would be mistaken for doing my eyebrows instead of my beard so I told her. I talked to her properly and let her know that "Please do it carefully and gently because last time I came to do it but the other girl did it quite hard and it bled." She immediately showed an unpleasant and rude attitude, saying "I don't know her, if you see that then you get out of here, I don't want to do it for you." What do you think about this situation? First of all, everyone's eyebrows done here are spaced to wide in the middle. I don't like where my eyebrows start at the beginning to be totally cut away, I just like that narrowed down. Miriam used to do my eyebrows out on dorsett. I had plenty of eyebrow hair when I walked in. They will do. But part of the eyebrow was completely threaded off, u know where the fine part of the brow starts. I was reluctant to try someone new after so long. I wish I hadn't came. Sid was so rude. I like to specify exactly what I want, I did, she responded with attitude. Last visit. I don't even have to get Mines done. I usually just barely touch the top excess with a razor and pluck underneath. Luckily my hair grows fast. Take a closer look. Every picture has way too much space in the middle on the eyebrow

I've never gotten my eyebrows threaded and tinted before, and my experience at Sid's was awesome. I able to be seated and the process started immediately. Great job! Great service!

The pic says it all, smh! I knew I should’ve waited until Saturday when I usually go. I went on a Wednesday afternoon, very disappointed! No the same person not the same results.
