Sick Barber Shop

I'm looking for the negative stars for this place. My husband has been coming here for a couple of years and it never fails. He had an appointment and he sat there waiting for his barber to finish another customer for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Then, when he finally began to work on my husband, I could see the barber through the window drinking, changing channels on his TV, and chatting away with coworkers without a worry in his mind. Super unprofessional if he already made his customer wait over 70 minutes for their SET appointment. Let's not even begin to mention how overpriced this place is. A simple haircut (nothing fancy, no hot towels, no baby powder for clean up) and dares to charge $50. This barber will make you wait while he eats too (on different occasions prior to this one). My husband was welcome to American, I’m looking for haircuts for him and find this on google and say business suppose close at 9pm so we come before 8pm like 7:55pm and the door was lock. I ask bold guy to open door but he was very very RUDE with hand wave like say GO AWAY! ( can’t you open and say sorry it closed ) be kindly! Sorry I give 1 star ⭐️ being RUDE! I definitely won’t go there even again!

Wonderful 1st time experience. Carlos cut my hair perfectly with a positive attitude. Gil, the owner, was very kind and informative. And the bathroom is super clean! Highly recommend

My son's usual barber was closed today, which wasn't a surprise with it being Sunday. I looked up local shops around me to see what was open around me and saw this shop was so I said why not let's try it. Huge mistake, we've been here going on two hours and still waiting with what seemed like 2 others ahead (I'm actually in here as I write this) the cut order is completely unorganized. If you're like us and this is your last resort just go one more day until you can get to a more professional environment!! Giving them 1 star is too nice!!!!

It took an hour to be seen but they were really nice and friendly especially to my 3 year old son who throws tantrums when getting his haircut. In my opinion if you can handle him you deserve a great rating. They also did my boyfriend's hair and both haircuts came out exactly as we asked.
