My first time visiting Ms Shug's salon and I loved it. I will be returniing. The location, and she's very professional and gave me the style I asked for. It a win for both of us.
Came in irritated after struggling to find a proper hair stylist with a head full of natted hair (even thought I had a medical condition). Shug came out to help me find her shop and was accommodating. Shes so professional and knowledgeable about ethnic hair. My head feels so healthy and fresh now. Thanks for saving me, Shug <3
I've been coming to Shug for at least 4 years. She has growing hands. I've experienced excellent results for my daughter and myself!
Absolutely horrible experience. Not friendly. Ruined my hair. Will not return.
