I had a wonderful experience with brow threading! From beginning to end, the service was outstanding well done, Mittal. The team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. They listened carefully to my preferences and achieved beautiful, precise results with perfectly shaped brows. I’m extremely happy with how they turned out and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend for anyone seeking skilled service and great customer care!

Extremely terrible customer service. Came in for threading and the hours on the door said open until 8 however, it was closed. Currently live 30 minutes away and the owner refused to acknowledge the fact /inconvenience even with the photo and refused to do anything about it. This is the times listed on the wall in the building. The last time I came was around Christmas with the same times listed on the wall. In addition, I even asked for another stamp (other than the one that is given at each service) and was denied. Saying I was disrespectful when I communicated to them my situation, showed the evidence of the incorrect times on the wall in the salon, nor called anyone out of their name, and only complained, is not only not true but a microaggression with racial undertones. I am attaching

Soni and Kachi are so sweet and personal. I love the way my eyebrows look when it’s done. They know I have sensitive skin and always take good care of me.

This place is wonderful. Soni completed my eyebrow shape & tint to perfection! She even consulted with me on a henna tattoo. I'm excited to return for additional services.
