I had a great experience at this parlor for threading. The staff was very friendly and professional. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The place was clean and well maintained. The service was quick, neat, and almost painless. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Ross did a good job on my eyebrows wax. She was pretty welcoming and nice to work with! I can’t wait to come back again.

The staff member’s attitude was very disappointing. She was rude and unprofessional. During my first visit, she was attentive and made sure I was satisfied after completing one eyebrow before proceeding to the other. However, on my subsequent visits, she was unwilling to listen to my preferences. She rushed through the service without asking for any feedback or ensuring my satisfaction. Even if the service is not fully satisfactory, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

Ross was AWESOME and my brows are fire!!! She took me at 7pm as i was coming on from Chicago. Definitely recommend
