Just had the most amazing experience. Bina was simply amazing. Definitely great at what she do. It was my first time and I didn’t have to say a thing. I got exactly what I wanted. Very new to tint and it came out beautifully. She is now my new threading girl and I will definitely be coming back for sure.

Very bad service lady was rushed made my eyebrows thin and accidentally took one end off my eyebrow , was very rough grabbing my face to move me to the direction she wanted. Would not recommend threading especially if you have thick eyebrows and want to keep shape .

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I got lash extensions and 2 days later they fell out and I lost most of my real lashes. When I went in to speak with them about this issue the lady working told me to come back tomorrow and they would be able to do them again without charging me. When I got there the next day the lady who was working told me that they would not do anything without making me pay again. She also was very rude and raised her voice at me several times. The place needs to be shut down for their poor customer service and the fact that they would willing do anything that obviously was not morally right. Please no one make the mistake that I did because I literally have almost no eyelashes left!

Eyebrow threading here is beautiful! My eyebrows aren’t easy but here they do a wonderful job! They care about their clients and pay attention to detail. High quality work for a very low price, $7! I actually used to go to her when I lived in chicago years ago. And now, I’m so glad she opened a brow spa here in Ft Worth too!

I randomly stumbled into this place on a visit to Walmart and nothing has been the same since. Neil is (no exaggeration) the only person I trust with my eyebrows at this point. She is gentle, thorough, and we always have a good chat. I tried eyebrow tinting following her suggestion/guidance one day, and I haven’t looked back! I always, always leave feeling my best and 100% taken care of. VISIT THEM!!!!!
