I have been getting my eyebrows done here for years. I visited yesterday, 7/24 and I will never be back. When I arrived there was one person in the chair ahead of me, I thought ok I’ll wait a few minutes. Turns out this person was receiving several services that took 25 minutes. The worked said nothing about how long the wait would be when I walked in. I definitely would have warned someone but I looked past this. In the last few minutes of the first persons appointment a second woman walks in and sits in one of the chairs. After the first woman is finished, the tech immediately goes over the the second woman. I called ahead to make sure they accepted walk in clients and I’m glad I did! My eyebrows look so good after the threading service. The technician was kind, fast at her work and very detail oriented. I’ll definitely book more services soon!

Had a horrible face wax experience .Lady literally peeled my skin off..the wax was so hard and hot it was definitely not for facial skin.. lady was blowing air from her mouth to cool the temperature of the wax. I doubt if she had any valid certification. They need to check who they are hiring to do the services. Definitely do not recommend anyone to go their for waxing.

They are personable and professional and they do a great job at making my brows symmetrical.i have never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes but if your schedule is tight you can always make an appointment. I also had my brows dyed for the first time and they chose the perfect color, not too light, not too dark. Prices are about average.

I have been going to Shubh for years now. I keep coming back because of the quality of service. When I leave, often times I like my eyebrows. There were only a couple of times over the years that I walked away unsatisfied, literally less than a handful, so they have a pretty good track record in my opinion. It is clean and they require that you wear your mask. The ladies who work there are nice and they listen to what you ask of them. My suggestion is that you know what you want when walking through the door. If you want eyebrow threading & tenting (which is what I get), know the color brown you want on your eyebrows because that will help you and them out tremendously. I am a lighter brown skinned woman and I get medium brown tenting because (to me) dark brown is too dark for my face. I’m
