It has been 11 days since I was a first time customer and I will not be back. I knew it was a red flag when I asked for a full set and instead of acrylic he used builder gel. Never done gel and I wasn’t asked. Every time he did a nail and asked me to put it in the UV light it felt like someone was holding a lighter to my nails… getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing not torture. Especially when it’s not even what you asked for. He did a green chrome and within a few days it was completely chipping off - fast forward to today and my nails are popping off like press ons. I spent way too much money and left too big of a tip for me to have lost my nails already. My nails usually last minimum 2 weeks usually 3…

My girlfriend and her friend went to the salon last night for a relaxation day I purchased two gift cards or gift certificates For the best service they had to offer And after they were done and they paid, they were notified it was an additional $60 after already being told the price and then on top of that they told both the ladies they had to give a cash tip not asked they told them very unprofessional! For everything they both had done it came up to $125 each so when they went to cash out, the guy added an additional $50 to the price and when I asked about it, he had no answers Then, after again, the ladies went to leave he Told them they must pay cash tip Which is ridiculous after not being able to explain the $50 additional cost they added randomly. This place is very unprofessional

This place is the best nail spa around!! I say spa because they aren't just some regular nail techs who want you in and out... they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is comfortable and gets the service that they are paying for. And boy do they have great service. I am coming on 2 years of having my nails and feet done with Emily at Show Nails and I have NEVER been disappointed. She is the absolute BEST. Everything from her work to her personality. From day one, she has shown that she is detailed, critical of her work and wants to make sure your manicure lasts until your next visit. Salon is great! Clean and very friendly staff. Have been getting my nails done by Helen, she does amazing work, typically get a single color but when I do ask for art work she never ceases to amaze me. Very attentive and pays attention to detail.
