Short Cuts

New to the area and just googled hair salons. Went to Short Cuts because lady who answered phone said she was good with curly hair. That was Madonna and she did a fantastic job!! She will cut my hair from now on.

UPDATE: I’m sure ShortCuts Salon has good stylists, but only one person there ever did my hair and that was Brittany Cavellero. But in 2022, Brittany moved up and got her own unisex shop at 3034 US-27 S., Avon Park, FL….Signature Salon Suites, Unit 7, called Brittany Cavellaro Hair, which is just a short hop north of her old location, ShortCuts Salon. My hair is not easy to style, and as I get older, it is harder to make look good, but Brittany still has that magic touch and at fair prices. She always makes me look great, and I highly recommend her. I’ve been having my hair cut and colored by Brittany for years. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I called and asked how much a haircut would be and the lady on the phone told me the price and said they weren't busy. So I drove all the way over there and walked in. There was only 2 ladys getting there hair done with Nobody else waiting. One of the ladies told me sorry but were to busy today. I didn't say anything, but I went to Verns Barber Headquarters just little ways away. Not only was it $5 cheaper, but theres No Way that she could've cut my hair as good as what they did.

Nice place. My husband and I both got very good haircuts by Barbara. She was on time and the appointment was made a day after I called. We will go back.

Love this place. It's right off Frontage Road and tucked in the back of another building. There are half a dozen stylists, all excellent! Plenty of parking and clean.
