Took me quite a while to finally make a review, but lates better than never. I can't remember my stylits name, but I don't believe she knows how to properly take care of curly hair. I went here because my former friend (who has straight hair) constantly went to this shop to get her hair changed colours almost every week. I was super impressed and decided to give them a shot. My stylit was late due to having to pick her kid up, which I didn't mind. Timeskip to when she's doing my hair, she leaves the bleach on for literally over an hour, which I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to do? Anyways, she colours it and straightens it. Due to it being straightened I think it looks amazing. A couple days later I wash my hair. I notice one side is more wavy/straight. Yep, curls completely ruined

The worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment with Tonya. She never acknowledged me waiting. Instead she got the gift of gab with some teenagers she knew, leaning on the counter. This went on and on. She still didn’t say anything to me. I waited a hour and a half. I finally had to speak up and say, you’re a hour and a half late for my appointment. She finally came and said a few words and wanted to talk about what the teenagers were telling her. First off, I didn’t care and didn’t even know them. I just wanted to get my hair done and get out of there. She finally had me come sit in the chair and proceed to talk to her friend. I don’t like that too much because you’re not concentrating on doing your job which ended up uneven because she wasn’t focusing on doing my hair. I d

If you really value your hair, I wouldn't recommend this establishment. I went in with a v shaped hemline to my tailbone. Requested a trim to clean up the ends and return it to symmetry. Left with an a-line bob that doesn't pass my chest. "it will look healthier" was the reason given for the removal of over 6 inches of healthy but naturally frizzy hair. It was one of the most expensive trims Ive ever recieved, and the lady spent all of maybe 10 minutes giving me an awful, choppy, uneven haircut. She didnt even notch my ends. Gave me a kitchentable quality big chop at the price of a careful high end salon trim. My ponytail looks like a curtain tassel, my bangs are uneven. I was not impressed. She was late. She was supposed to have two other women there helping her. Her help was late also. She was very unprofessional. The hair styles we wanted for the wedding was NOT what we asked for. We had to redirect her several times of what we wanted. Only thing I will say is our hair held up in the heat. It took 6 washes for all of the hairspray to come out. I would not recommend their services for weddings.

Very friendly, and was super helpful and didn't scold my toddler when he accidentally spilled the waxwarmer all over him and the table. Teresa did a wonderful job on my hair as well as my mom's.
