Shiny Nailz

Today is Saturday. I came in on Wednesday to fix a nail (middle finger). Please tell me why the gel came off already when the others (from 2 weeks ago) are still on (thanks to YoYo Nails)?!?! I would like to say the fact they called me right away was nice but the girl that did my nail must’ve been new or something. I’ve been getting my nails done for quite some time and never came off this quickly. Glad I didn’t get a full set!! Gesh!!

Came in yesterday on my lunch break to get acrylic tips I had on removed and the Owner Angie did it and hurt and ruined my nails..She wanted to rush instead of soaking my nails properly..She used the electric nail file/drill and filed my nails down way too much..that it left my nails super thin..red and hurting (You can see in the picture) a few fingers have a bubble under the nail and I’m beyond pissed..I never had anything like this happen to my nails..Thank god I paid with my card because I might be seeing you in court! And I will be paying you a visit to show you what you did

I’ve tried many different nail salons and none of them really impressed me until Stephen did my nails at this salon. Stephen is really attentive and passionate about his work. He always checks in multiple times while he’s doing my nails to make sure that I like how it’s turning out. He is very precise and genuinely cares about making his customers happy. He wants your nails to turn out exactly how you pictured them! Stephen is by far the nicest, most gentle, talented nail technician I have been to and I will only trust him to do my nails!! I always get so many compliments on all of the nail designs he does for me!

LOVE Lani & Michael! Husband and wife duo! Michael was sweet and patient with my daughter in doing her nails. (Fidgety 11 year old) Lani is excellent! Sweet and attentive and very thorough! Prices are decent! No complaints here!
