While the customer service was okay during my visit I was devastated to find out that this beauty store charges more than double for a Miss Jessie’s Natural Hair Product. Immediately after purchasing I went to the internet to search up the same products I bought in store just to find that I had been gravely ripped off and robbed in broad daylight. The same product that could be found for $16.49 online was sold to me for $39.99 in store. This is straight up robbery. I will not be coming back here EVER and I Do Not recommend you shop for your hair products at this location. On the receipt it also states that All Sales are Final and that there are no Refunds or Exchanges. Unless you are okay with overpaying for your favorite hair products I suggest that you look to an alternative option.

Unacceptable Treatment and lack of Basic Human Decency, as an older woman with physical limitations, I was shocked by the treatment I received at this beauty supply store, I politely and urgently asked to use the restroom- explaining that I had an over active bladder and I assured them it would only take a moment, I was clearly clean, respectful, and in obvious need. Still I was flatly denied and treated with a level of rudeness and indifference that was both unnecessary and deeply upsetting. Refusing someone a basic human need especially under medical circumstances, shows a complete lack of compassion and basic decency. The customer service there was terrible especially being a black woman I felt very uncomfortable there. Mind you I come literally every week and spend over $30 every time, I was being followed around by each and every way I turned. I reported it to the “Manger” who was working at the register today she looked at me and said absolutely nothing and continued to help the other customers which was Hispanic and then I repeated myself again and she ignored me. I feel like this is unacceptable being that I’m a regular customer and I support this business.
