Shimmer Nail Spa

I went this morning and did not have a very good experience and when I left they sent me a text message asking for feedback, I was honest about my experience and within 5 minutes Andy was calling me asking what he could do to make things better. The girl was new and he wanted me to be happy. So I went back and Angie did an amazing job! She redid my entire fill in and color!! They even stayed late to make sure my nails were done right and I was happy! They were fantastic! Thank you so much Andy & Angie!

I stopped by Shimmer Nail Salon hoping to get a pedicure. The owner greeted me and asked what I needed, but after I told him I wanted a pedicure, he said they didn’t have time and that the next availability would be next week. I completely understand that businesses get busy. However, when I walked in, everyone in the salon seemed to stop and stare, and no one spoke or made me feel welcome. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Customer service and making people feel comfortable are very important in a salon environment. Even if you can’t take a walk-in, a friendly and welcoming interaction can make a big difference. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during my visit.

My 92-year-old mother had her nails done. She has acrylic nails and had new gel polish put. Her tech Ellie was wonderful with her. I would highly recommend shimmer nails. they are very reasonably priced. My mother was very pleased with the outcome.

I just love this nail spa! It is family owned and they give the best pedicure. Pricing is fair and aligned with other nail salons. I see Andy for my nails and he is fast and gives quality service! His mom dos my pedi and she’s kind and thorough.

It’s always a pleasure when I’m there doing my nails. Andy and everyone are so nice.
