I have been going to this salon for about six months. My dip manicures ( natural nails) easily last three weeks. They guarantee the dip manicures for 10 days with free repairs for issues in that timeframe. Definitely make an appointment as they are very busy. Highly recommend Wendy.

I have been coming here for pedicures for 3 years since I moved to PA. Have had only great experiences- friendly, ease in making appts, quality service, concern for your comfort and satisfaction. Only exception was yesterday when I came in for a pedicure. Technician ( don’t want to mention her name) didn’t even say hello, never asked if I wanted anything to drink, if water temperature was ok, if I liked how the color looked before continuing. Also the amt of time spent ( I had the Shi spa pedicure ) was barely longer than a regular pedicure. It felt really rushed and forced. I wanted to post this review since I usually have such great experiences and was very surprised this time.

I want to start by saying I that I never thought I would be writing a negative review about this salon, but here we are. I also want to point out that there are some phenomenal nail techs here so not every experience will be the same. The last time I got my nails done at Shi, I had a different tech than usual. I just wanted a dip manicure that was white. While getting the dip on, I put my hand in my pocket to get some medicine, not nothing the dip was still wet. I immediately apologized, but the tech was visibly irritated with me from then on. I felt uncomfortable as her demeanor with me was clearly irritated, but I chalked it up to being my fault. Two days after my manicure I noticed that all of my nails looked like broken ceramic. There were all cracking and it was every single finger.

Pro tip-schedule an appointment even though they take walk ins. Shi Nails is my go to nail spot for dip manicures and the Sweet Dream pedicure. I always book with Nancy for the dip manicure and many of the techs are just as fabulous. The pedicure is great every time too. I give 5 stars for consistency and the friendliness of the staff.

First time getting acrylics done and Wendy was super accommodating!!! She was so patient with me and did an amazing job! Very appropriate pricing too. Make sure to bring cash!! They do have an ATM in case you forget.
