My best friend and I went in on Saturday. I had gotten a Groupon for a couples massage so we did a girl's day and went together. Contrary to the prior reviews, it was a great experience. Having the massage behind a screen in what seemed to be the waiting room was a little impersonal but it was still very quiet, warm and relaxing. A little confusing at first because of the language barrier but overall, we felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely return for another service.

Went for a foot massage here with my husband. My masseuse acted like she'd never seen a foot before. She just kept slapping the top of my foot and my leg even though I asked her multiple times to focus on one particular area she didn't even know what to do. I literally was so furious I texted my husband I was like can we please leave and of course he didn't check his text messages. I thought we had already paid but then found out after the massage we hadn't paid. I wish I had gotten up and left because it was literally the worst experience I've had at a spa ever.

I love Groupon because it gives you the opportunity to try places you may not otherwise try. So I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage from here. I called and made our appointment with no problem getting one booked for the upcoming weekend. We arrived 15 minutes early but had trouble finding the place as there are no signs for it. We finally found what we believed was the right place, but after walking in and seeing business cards with another name, we weren’t quite sure. The woman who greeted us seemed to recognize the Groupon although she couldn’t answer our question of whether we were at the right place because she could not understand what we were saying and we do not speak their language. When we came back they were visibly annoyed with two women wanting to get a massage together. They separated us, and unfortunately due to the communication barrier we weren't able to complain about this. My friend and I both had vastly different but still extremely unpleasant massage experiences. They put me in the front area that was just curtained off, where the other client could hear and speak to me, which was unsettling. Very disappointed and shocked all in one. The language barrier was really a challenge. The set up was quite different from what I was use to. Each person is separated just by a curtain. The massage therapist speak to each thru the entire session. In the middle of my massage they changed girls on me without any warning. I guess it was the “changing of the guards”. I was left cold and uncovered as the therapist left the area 5 times to answer the phone and assist other customers that walked in. It was very bizarre and odd to me but I couldn’t complain because they don’t speak English. I finally had enough after 35 minutes of constant interruptions and I got up, started getting dressed as the therapist stood there offering me hot towels.
