Faith did a reflexology demo, detox shampoo, clarifying treatment on me yesterday and it was phenomenal! Definitely amazing customer service and professional! They are very flexible with time and you can tell they have experience! I definitely recommend this place for spa, hair, nails! For your self care needs to go here! Hispanic heritage month is this month as well!

I got my hair cut, colored and styled by Kentley and she's amazinggg!! Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. The color I wanted was very complex and requires a high level of skill and wow did she deliver. Highly recommend!

Update: the salon called me 2.5 weeks ago after I left a review and they wanted to do a consultation to fix my hair. I appreciated them reaching out after I left a review. I rebooked with them on the phone when they called. However, when I went in for my appointment, they had no recollection of our conversation, no appointment in the books etc. Even though I was talking to the individual I had talked with over the phone. I had it written in my planner... I even had her personal cell from the caller ID, but nothing.... No consultation... She wanted to rebook another week away and at this point I've lived with hair I hate for 3 weeks. Really disappointing service. I wasted half my day waiting for this appointment when I could have been doing other things. Don't waste your time going here.

I found this business through a Groupon purchase for a 60-minute massage. I had never been here nor had I taken the time to research anything about this place so I truly had no idea what I was walking into. When I first walked in the girl at the desk and the stylists all warmly greeted me. I was offered water or tea and briefly waited for her to set up for my massage (I arrived early). It was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The massage room was on the opposite side of the salon so you can’t hear any noise from clients receiving hair services. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and you forget you’re in a hair salon! Faith creates a very comfortable environment and truly has healing hands! She took her time and paid close attention to the problem areas we had discussed before the season

Today I was gifted by my wonderful sister a consultation at Sherris Crowning Glory. The atmosphere was simply amazing. From the time of my arrival to my departure the staff was kind, courteous, professional and compassionate. Having to share with others my hair loss journey has not been easy for me at all and I can honestly say I have been in a state of denial. My wonderful stylist Mrs. Diane and Dr. Graham reminded me that faith is the key to unlock every door. On today I was able to relax, shed tears of joy and be educated on healthy hair all in one setting. I would highly recommend everyone to stop by Sherris Crowning and Glory because you will truly be blessed. I am truly thankful for all my blessings.
