had a very upsetting experience here and will not be returning. When I came in and asked for a simple gel overlay set, the staff immediately quoted the price while looking at me in a way that felt very judgmental, as if they were assuming I couldn’t afford it. It felt like profiling toward me and the person I was with, and it was extremely uncomfortable. After I confirmed the price was fine and showed my design, I was told I had to get tips on my nails, even after repeatedly explaining I only wanted an acrylic overlay which is a service I’ve had done before and know is possible. Ive been coming here for 5 years and it's time for me to find a new nail salon. My tech (who Ive been with forever) now rushes through my nails, takes other clients 10 minutes before my appointment and the past two times I've had to wait 30 minutes over my appointment time. This time my nails were lumpy, all different shapes, and when I went back to have them fixed (which I NEVER do) he used the grinder machine to fix them and left them with grinder mark. I paid for matte polish and he also took the matte layer off and didn't replace it. I spend alot of money here but lately they just don't seem to care. I feel very taken advantage of.

Worker was in a rush and left markings and indentations on my nails. Was charged for services I did not ask for or did not need. The worker never mentioned anything. Was also charged a long nail fee when my nails are not considered long. Will probably not return to this salon unless i can get a different worker.

I have been going here for 3 years since I moved to Towson. The last few months my gel pedi has been very rushed. Last month, the nail tech Jenny cut me on 3 different toes. Going way to fast with the file. She was not my usual tech, mine was out. She also seemed shocked that I tipped her. I question that one myself. I was headed to the beach the next day. Very rude technician. Clearly irritated when I had a request for my nails. Grabbing my hand if I moved it incorrectly. 3 weeks ago they took a big chunk out of my finger while rushing to do a gel manicure. Had a pedicure and the man was clipping my toes before they were in the water, creating an ingrown toenail. Will never go back!
